    About courses & classes
    Classes are for people of all ages, shapes and sizes as long as they are in good health and NOT pregnant. Teaching is designed and tailored for all levels of experience and you can join in a class anytime, when not fully booked.

  • Classes last 90 minutes
  • 2-5 poles in each class
  • Maximum 3 participants per pole
  • Proper warm up, cool down and stretches
  • Pole poses, spins, tricks and transitions
  • Choreographed routines and floor work

    What to wear

    SKIN GRIP IS ESSENTIAL IN POLE DANCING!!!

  • Shorts, T-shirts, tops
  • Bare foot or ballet slippers are to be worn
  • Knee pads and wrist bands optional
  • NO jewellery or loose fitting clothes
  • attention
    NO HAND, BODY LOTION, OIL OR MOISTURISING CREAM
    TO BE APPLIED PRIOR TO CLASS!
